Christopher Johnson brings nearly two decades of experience in property claims, structural assessment, and insurance industry leadership. With a background in civil engineering and law enforcement training, Chris combines technical expertise with a calm, confident presence in high-stakes claim environments.

Chris has evaluated complex commercial and residential property losses across the country, with individual claims valued up to $5 million. His experience includes fire, storm, flood, theft, liability, and equipment loss, supported by in-depth investigations, structural documentation, and policy interpretation. His pre-loss surveying background, combined with deep knowledge of coinsurance valuation and risk mitigation, brings added value to every claim he handles.

Chris holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, with a minor in Mathematics, and an Associate of Applied Science in Business Management. He is also a graduate of the Jefferson College Law Enforcement Academy and holds the Associate in Claims designation.
