Tyler Barry’s journey into public adjusting was born out of personal experience and a desire to help others. Like many, he was unaware of public adjusting services until he faced a large water loss claim. The support and expertise he received from a Public Adjuster during that difficult time inspired him to pursue a career in the field. The combination of problem-solving, negotiation, and working closely with clients perfectly aligned with his skill set and passion for helping others. Joining Mission PLC was a natural choice for Tyler, as he resonated deeply with the company’s mission, vision, and core values. At Mission PLC, Tyler is dedicated to not only serving clients but also supporting his colleagues in their shared goal of making a difference.
For Tyler, the most rewarding part of his work is providing peace of mind to policyholders. Knowing that he’s in their corner, advocating for their interests, and helping them recover from challenging situations brings him immense satisfaction. Building strong relationships with clients and witnessing the relief and gratitude when their claims are resolved serves as a powerful reminder of why he chose this career.
